The tour continues with delicious cold cuts and cheeses from all over Italy, at Norcineria Cecchini, open in 1930, from Prosciutto San Daniele to Parma ham, Capocollo, Salami, followed by Ricotta and Pecorino Cheese, and a famous italian started, Parmigiana with Eggplants and drinking Prosecco. To conclude, in the shadow of the Colosseum, enjoy a true Carbonara, sip excellent wine, and indulge in a fantastic tiramisu.
