The tours may include tastings, guided visits, and educational activities. Rome Foodie Route Srls commits to describing and presenting the services sold on the website as accurately as possible. However, some errors, inaccuracies, or small differences between the website and the actual service may occur. Moreover, the photographs of the products presented on www.romefoodieroute.com are not contractual elements but are merely representative, as the characteristics of the service may change. The data published on the website may be subject to changes or updates to provide better service to the customer. The customer agrees to review, before confirming their order, these general terms of sale, particularly the pre-contractual information provided by Rome Foodie Route Srls, and to accept them by ticking the designated checkbox. In the order confirmation email, the customer will also receive a link to download and store a copy of these general terms of sale, as required by Art. 51, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014.
- Bookings
Bookings must be made through our website using the online payment system. A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email and full payment for the tour. The customer agrees to verify the correctness of the personal details contained in the confirmation email and to promptly communicate any corrections to Rome Foodie Route Srls.
- Access to the Website
The Customer has the right to access the website for consultation and making purchases. No other use, particularly commercial use, of the website or its content is permitted. The integrity of the elements of this site, whether sound or visual, and the related technology used remain the property of Rome Foodie Route Srls and are protected by intellectual property rights.
- Prices and Payments
The prices of the tours are indicated on the website and include all activities described in the package. Any additional costs (transportation, tips, extras, etc.) are not included unless explicitly mentioned. Payments must be made using the methods available on our website (credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer). All payments are processed securely through third-party payment platforms, in compliance with current regulations.
- Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation, up to 24 hours before the tour date, full refund.
If the tour is canceled by us for reasons beyond your control (bad weather, force majeure), we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
Modifications to the booking (e.g., date change) must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- Liability
The participant is responsible for their own safety during the tour. Any irresponsible behavior that may endanger the safety, health, or well-being of other participants or the visited venues may result in exclusion from the tour without refund. We are not responsible for any damage to persons or property resulting from the use of our service, unless due to our direct negligence. Rome Foodie Route Srls does not assume any responsibility for disruptions caused by force majeure or unforeseen events, even if due to malfunctions or disruptions of the internet network, in the event that we are unable to execute the order within the expected time frame.
- Cookies

Cookies are electronic files that record information related to the customer’s navigation on the website (pages viewed, date and time of consultation, etc.) and allow Rome Foodie Route Srls to offer personalized service to its customers. It is understood that disabling cookies will prevent the customer from completing the online purchase.

- Completeness
These general terms of sale consist of all the clauses that make them up. If one or more provisions of these general terms of sale is considered invalid or declared such under the law, regulation, or as a result of a decision by a competent court, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully valid and effective.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute related to the interpretation and/or execution of these Terms, the Court of Rome will have exclusive jurisdiction.
